This is a great service. I have been very pleased both with the quality and reliability of the cleaning. Additionally, there are reminders built in and you can always get a hold of Theresa at the referral agency re scheduling or other issues. I like the fact that I can opt for a bonded cleaner.

The company has friendly and professional staffs. They provide a 30min arrival window and the contractor arrived on time. (The other cleaning company I used to hire provides a 2 hour arrival window which is not friendly to working people). And they send email confirmation and payment receipts.
The contractor Maria did an excellent job. I don’t need to tell her every detail and she knows what to do.

Tiffiny and the other cleaners at HRC always do a great job at our home. They are great with our pets as well as cleaning all the areas that we want them to. We highly recommend this caring company!

Love the service we get from HCRA. They do a great job cleaning our house and work with us on what our needs are. Our needs have changed over the years & HCRA was with us every step of the way to help us get the services that we needed. Highly recommend them! :-)

HCRA does a fabulous & thorough job of cleaning our house. They are also very caring for the pets that we have. Would highly recommend HCRA to anyone who wants a clean house! They also did a great job when we needed a deep, sanitizing clean when a family member was ill and needed to have a clean environment. HCRA came to the rescue! :-)

This service is as good as it gets. A small, local, female owned, operated, and staffed service. Theresa marries the expertise of a woman who used to clean for 20 yrs but now wants to spend quality time with her grand children, but still wants to stay connected with current cleaning experts. It is difficult to run a business and do the hands on time consuming daily activities of keeping your clients home clean to the standards they/we have come to expect of any cleaning service. This the perfect blend of expertes. The cleaners are paid a generous living wage, with a small percentage of the client fee going to support the overhead of running a business (advertising, client screening, background employee checks, ect). As the client, I just let her know how many hours I need, when , or how often I need them, and I get quality work when and how often I need it. If either my schedule or the cleaning professionals have scheduling conflict, the service handles it making it all good for everyone. I also have a few rentals that need cleaning between tenants, this service handles that requirement to perfection. I am proud to add my voice to the choir of happy clients.

I had such a pleasant experience working with Theresa and her team. She was clear in communicating with me about the quote, availability, and who would be coming to do the cleaning. She responded promptly and scheduled a cleaning for the following morning.
Maria and Issa arrived and did quick work of our apartment. They were both professional, and made sure to accommodate my needs by checking with me for any further instructions. I’m now happy to see that my place is dust-free! The bathroom and kitchen are especially spotless!

My communication with Theresa has been excellent, and both of the people she selected to work with my cranky, elderly father are gentle, respectful, thorough and hard working. They’ve also both taken initiative to do more than we asked, which is exactly what we needed. We’re turning to Home Care Referral for cleaning, hauling and electrical work, among other things. I feel relieved and grateful.

I had Tammy as cleaner this time and she came to my house and my mom house and she did an awesome job. I have never seen my bathroom that clean. We had used this company in the past and they have always done great. Recently I had this company also do my mother’s house which had not been cleaned due to her illness. I could not believe the great job that she did there and
Tammy worked so long and hard. From now on, I will keep them coming regularly!

I had a great experience with this agency last week. I needed my home cleaned urgently on very short notice.
The coordinator on Yelp, Theresa, responded honestly and promptly, letting me know what their availability was, and keeping me up to date on how many people they had available for what time.
Additionally, the price she quoted was fair and reasonable, as compared to others who wanted to charge almost $400.
Understanding how much I needed their help, Theresa worked tirelessly to get me someone to come clean the house on that very same day at 5:30pm.
Knowing that it was rush hour, Theresa let me know where her team member was arriving from, so I knew how long it might take for them to get to me, and both she and her team member communicated with me so I knew when to expect them.
Once Jesenia arrived, she was fantastic! She asked me what I wanted her to focus on, and cleaned the house from top to bottom, organizing and arranging things as she came across them.
Later on when my husband walked in, he was amazed at how clean the house looked, and wanted to hire Jesenia again!
Thank you so very much for your help, Home Care Referral Agency. We will be requesting your services again.
